I have to admit that the idea of reinventing the romper didn’t sit too well with me. I envisioned bright red onesies of my childhood with an updated twist. Luckily however, not everyone has my ridiculous imagination. Rompers are definitely a hot commodity this summer. Fun and flirty, the update romper features feminine detailing and a more body-conscious fit – perfect for those hot summers and much more elegant than your old school onesie.

Meow! Animal prints were all over the fall runways, from Balmain to Blumarine. Leopard and zebra prints are classic, however, they must be worn with caution. The key to carrying this look for everyday wear is to break up the pattern with solids or by playing up the print with accessories and footwear (that’s where my future pair of Jimmy Choo cheetah print booties would come in handy!). Just make sure to avoid getting zebra-happy and refrain from head-to-toe animal print, please.
